Diversity of Options

We focus on curating the best passive investing opportunities for our investors. On the real estate side, we want to buy sub-institutional multifamily apartment buildings and implement a value-add strategy. Additionally, we partner with seasoned sponsors in real estate but also other industries as opportunities arise. We focus on deals whose core investment thesis is to not only to provide investors with potentially great financial results, but those that have a positive social or environmental outcome as well.

High-Level Real Estate Investment Criteria

• Preferred Return greater than or equal to 6%

• IRR greater than or equal to 14%

• Targeting 100+ unit buildings
